The interior renovation/fit-out includes Demolition, Wall Assembly changes, Reflective Ceiling Plan and Sprinkler Layout, Electrical/Data, HVAC modifications, Finishes, audio visual design, entry card reader access, Life Safety, and Phasing to maintain occupancy throughout construction. The Contractor will perform a wide range of activities, such as: constructability reviews, cost estimating, work phasing reviews, scheduling and general construction services. The Contractor is at risk and is responsible for involvement in the project development and administration of the construction. The Contractor shall have complete responsibility for all construction related to the project scope.
