Scope of Work The Contractor shall be required to furnish all material, labor, tools, supplies, permits, equipment, transportation, superintendence, barricades, temporary protection, bracing, shoring, temporary construction of every nature, compliance with all mandated code. insurance, bonds taxes, contributions and all services and facilities, unless specifically excepted, to install all materials, items, and equipment for the complete turn-key project of the Exterior Painting of Buildings at two different HCC campuses, the West Loop and Spring Branch Campuses. The West Loop Campus of painting the exterior of the building and related structures and will affect approximately 269,451 Square Feet of exterior building space. The scope of work includes the preparation and painting per specifications of the following: -Building envelopes (walls, doors, door/window frames, etc.) -Front metal canopy -Dumpster enclosres inside and out and gates -Chiller yard enclose inside and out and gate -Repair broken center block in the chiller yard -Replace rusted gutters. Question Deadline 05/31/2023 at 5:00 PM CT The successful Contractor(s) shall be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the total amount (100%) of the Contract. If the award is in excess of $25,000.00, only the Payment Bond will be required. If the award is in excess of $100,000.00, both Performance and Payment Bonds are required.
