FCI Cumberland is a federal correctional facility located at 14601 Burbridge Rd., SE in Cumberland, Maryland 21502. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor for the complete construction of the work. The work consists of all parts, materials, and services to properly Upgrade the PLC System.
