Site work for a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will generally consist of the construction of Paving, Drainage, Water, and Wastewater Improvements and all associated appurtenances within Driftwood Club Core Phase 5 near Driftwood, Texas. The proposed improvements will be constructed to meet the requirements outlined in the Development Agreement and all applicable State, County and City regulations. Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within 240 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages are $150 per calendar day. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with Power of Attorney attached or cashiers check of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid (sum of all bid items) made payable to the Driftwood conservation district. The work generally consists of the necessary site improvements for paving, drainage, water, and wastewater and associated appurtenances within Driftwood Club Core Phase 5. This project is located at 664 Thurman Roberts Way east of the intersection of FM 1826 and FM 150 Driftwood, Texas 78619.
