The City of Los Angeles, Economic and Workforce Development Department is seeking qualifications from qualified firms to provide assistance to implement the JEDI Zones Commercial Façade Improvement Program. EWDD is seeking as-needed professional and technical services to assist staff in planning, analyzing, designing, and implementing façade improvement projects within architectural and design, technical services for general contracting services, and construction services disciplines. EWDD intends to establish professional services contracts with pre-qualified firms that will assist the City. Proposers are asked to submit one (1) RFQ submission that includes responses to one or multiple Area(s) of Qualification under this RFQ Contractors wishing to bid on City projects but are experiencing difficulty obtaining the required bid, performance and payment bonds, MANDATORY Notice of Intent to Submit Proposal Deadline Friday, June 9, 2023 no later than 11:59:59 p.m. Email: JEDI.RFQ@lacity.org The deadline to submit requests for technical assistance is Friday, June 16, 2023
