A timeline for award has not yet been established.** PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Heber City is seeking the services of a qualified contractor with experience and expertise with historic building remodel, renovation and reconstruction, and construction management. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. Heber City specifically requests that all interested parties limit all contact and questions regarding this Request for Proposals (RFP) to email communications forwarded to the contact and email listed below. All questions must be received no later than 5:00 pm local time, on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. It is the intent of the Heber City to respond to all appropriate questions. However, the City reserves the right to decline to respond to any questions. It is anticipated that all relevant answers to questions will be shared with all known interested parties. The evaluation committee may consist of: the City Manager, City Engineering Staff, and the Parks and Cemetery Director. Selection of the successful firm/entity will be based on the firm's capabilities, qualifications, experience, and project understanding and approach. The City will evaluate each cost proposal and then award a contract based on the individual and comparative merits of each of the cost proposals received. It is the responsibility of the consultant to ensure that the cost proposal complies with this RFP and provides the information requested herein. If the consultant fails to provide any information requested in this RFP, such failure may result in either a lowered evaluation score or disqualification of the cost proposal.
