The St. Clair County Regional Educational Service Agency (RESA) and St. Clair County TEC (TEC) has issued this Request for Proposal to obtain the equipment to upgrade the snack shop located inside of the TEC Building. We will open competitive bids from qualified organizations in a public forum.
