Renovation of a municipal facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The University of Kentucky teamed with Ross Tarrant Architects and KFI in 2022 to evaluate space needs for two rapidly growing departments, the College of Social Work and the Martin School of Public Policy and Administration. This study included initial programming from each department along with several scenarios and opinions of probable cost for the renovation of floors within Patterson Office Tower and Miller Hall. Copies of the 2022 study have been provided as part of this advertisement for design services. Scope of work for this project includes design and renovation of 2nd and 3rd floors of Miller Hall. Total gross square footage for design is approximately 12,000 GSF for the two floors in Miller Hall.
