Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
All bids received from contractors who are not certified will be rejected. These changes 17 take effect January 1, 2014. This project involves the Repairs to precast parking structure at Lot 75 at levels 1 & 2 of portions of the north bay. Repairs include removal and replacement of TT joint sealant. Preparation, weld inspection and repairs to exposed TT to TT shear connections. Delaminated precast concrete TT edge repairs. Removal and replacement of cast-in26 place concrete topping over and supplemental bracing for select single T members. A bid bond prepared on the Bid Bond Form bound herein, payable to the State in the amount not less than 10% of the maximum bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee. Failure to enter into the contract with the state (including failure to obtain certificate of insurance and separate 100% performance and 100% payment bonds) may result. A site visit by each bidder is highly recommended prior to submitting the bid for this work.
