Under this contract, the Contractor must remove high-risk petroleum equipment from the ground and redevelop the site following the removal of the tank and pipes. The work must be carried out in accordance with Chapter VIII - Installation of petroleum equipment of the Quebec Construction Code. In particular, the contractor must: - Drain, before removal, the tank and piping of any petroleum product.
