The tenant would like to Install a new 60 Kw back up generator and load bank on the roof of 240 Sparks St. to provide emergency power to the tenants computer room on 4 west during electrical outages and building shutdowns. Design will utilize existing fuel supply and any remaining resources from the anticipated removal of the second base building generator. Installation of a fuel meter is required between the building fuel supply and the generators daytank to ensure yearly chargeback for consumption. Bid Securities Mean a Bid Bond and Suretys Consent as Defined Below: (a) Bids Submitted at $100,000 or Greater Shall Include the Following by the Closing Date and Time: I. A Bid Bond in a Commercially Reasonable Form or an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit Issued by a Financial Institution Authorized to Conduct Business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule Ii Chartered Bank in the Amount of at Least 10% of the Bid Price and That Shall Be in Effect Until Forty-five (45) Calendar Days Following Closing Date.
