The project name is: NW West Union Road Culvert #1601 & #1765 Replacement Project. The work to be done under this contract consists of the following in Washington County, Oregon: This project consists of removing and replacing two culverts on NW West Union Road with precast reinforced concrete box culverts. This project will utilize open trench techniques for removal and installation, and revegetation. Road closures will be allowed for the project. For this project, perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the Standard Specifications, Special Provisions, Typical Drawings, and Plans. The Project cost range is $750,000 - $1,250,000 Last Date to Submit Questions: May 26, 2023, 5:00 pm Contractor Selection Date: June 2, 2023 Bids must contain: A statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120(1)(b). Confirmation that bidder will comply with the statement in the bid document regarding compliance with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq. Workers on Public Works to be Paid Not Less Than Prevailing Rate of Wage . The County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the County it is in the public interest to do so. The County does intend to pre-qualify all bidders for this project. ODOT pre qualification is required.
