SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to Friendswood Development Company and M/I Homes of Houston, LLC on behalf of East Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 4 for construction of the Pinewood at Grand Texas Lift Station to Serve East Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 4, LJA Job No. 2025-4010. Friendswood Development Company and M/I Homes of Houston, LLC on behalf of East Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 4 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
