The Project will be a Three-Story Multi-Family Housing building/s comprised of approximately 80 apartments. Apartments will be studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. From the design-build entities that submit statements of qualifications, the District will determine which entities shall be prequalified, or short-listed, for this Project. Only design-build entities that are prequalified or short-listed pursuant to Education Code section 17250.62 will be allowed to submit bids or proposals The Owner will not consider or accept any proposals from entities who are not licensed to do business in the State of California, in accordance with the California Public Contract Code, providing for the licensing of contractors.
