Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Menifee, California. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Type of Award:Lump Sum License Requirements:A and/or C-12 City of Menifee hereinafter referred to as the Agency, invites sealed bids for the above stated Project up to time of 10:00 a.m., on Monday, May 29, 2022. The work will consist of extending the existing 24" corrugated metal pipe (CMP) and 36" corrugated metal pipe (CMP). Headwalls will also be constructed along with these storm drain improvements. These storm drain extensions will allow for an asphalt pedestrian trail to be constructed and connect missing sidewalk from one end of the street to the other end. (Additive Bid "A" items will be constructed after environmental permits) LOCATION OF WORK: This project is located west of the 215 freeway and north of Newport Road. The major crossroads are Newport Road and Murphy Ranch Road. The project is along Normandy Road from Murphy Ranch Road to La ladera Road. Please note a hard copy of the entire bid package including all original notarized documents must be received within 24 hours of the submittal deadline to be consider responsive to this NIB. Liquidated Damages:$2,000 per Calendar Day Start/Delivery Date: July 2023 Project Duration:30 Working Days (15 additional days for additive bid schedule)
