The project includes replacement of equipment for two 35-foot diameter clarifiers including the demolition, removal and proper disposal of existing clarifier equipment, and procurement and installation of new clarifier equipment and other work as shown on the plans and specified herein. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of five percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder must be able to provide a Payment Bond and Performance Bond within ten days of Notice of Award. The Payment Bond and Performance Bond must be in the amount of 100 percent of the contract amount. The estimated cost for this project tis in the range of $550,000 - $750,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
