Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and Payment Bond per Appendix D and Appendix E respectively. Engineer's Estimate: $ 90,000 Regional San reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularity in bids received. Runoff zone liner cleaning Contractor shall clean the runoff zone polypropylene geomembrane liners at Lined Dedicated Land Disposal (LDLD) 4 at the Sacramento Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (SRWTP), 8521 Laguna Station Road, Elk Grove, California 95758. Cleaning shall include, but not limited to, removal of all dirt, mud, sand, harvested sludge, grass weeds, and other miscellaneous vegetation and debris. Cleaning shall include all areas of the runoff zone liners, including the floors and the sloped areas. Question Due Date: May 15, 2023
