The former commercial building (abutting 389 Dundas Street) shared a dividing wall with the abutting business. This abutting business at 389 Dundas Street is currently operating and will continue to operate during the duration of this work. This project will consist of removing unsecured partially demolished brick walls, repairing and repointing the brick wall, waterproofing and drainage along the existing foundation wall, and new flashing and downspouts to the existing wall. The existing basement concrete slab will be drilled into for the creation of drainage holes.
