AREA WITH LIGHT POLE BETWEEN THE ADA RAMP AND SIDEWALK: Area will be landscaped in stone Area will have a water seeping barrier between the ground and stone. Stone to be rip rap rock. CONCRETE: Concrete will be added between the ADA ramp and A.C. unit pad at the building. Approx. pad size will be 42 in. X 27-foot X 4 in. Concrete will be added at the top where the ADA ramp and step start at the building. Approx. pad size will be 30 in. X 10-foot X 4 in. Concrete to have a broom finish.
