Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project Description: Provide construction services which will consist of improvements to the entire length of Arnold Place, Birch Drive, Magnolia Drive, Evergreen Drive, Donna Court, Sky High Terrace, Timberline Drive, Hardgrove Road, and Northern Drive including but not limited to milling and overlay the pavement with full-depth reconstruction in certain areas, storm sewer upgrades, new concrete curb ramps, and areas of new curbs and driveway entrance repair. Project length for the Base Bid is approximately 7,100 linear feet and the project length for the Alternate Bid is approximately 2,510 linear feet. All disturbed areas will be restored to their original condition. Bidders are subject to the provisions of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A.40A:11 - 1 seq. governing bidding requirements. Bidders are required to comply with the requirement of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 at seq and P.L. 1975 c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) AFFIRMATIVE ACTION. The Bids for this project have been broken out into a Base and Alternate Bid. The Base Bid includes all improvements to the entire lengths of Arnold Place, Birch Drive, Magnolia Drive, Evergreen Drive, Donna Court, Sky High Terrace, and Timberline Drive, whereas the Alternate Bid includes all improvements to the entire lengths of Hardgrove Road and Northern Drive. Bridgewater Township will evaluate the successful Bid and determine whether to award the construction services for both the Base and Alternate Bid or for the Base Bid alone.
