Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Waterford, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The Road Commission for Oakland County is requesting proposals for Removal and Installation of Exterior Steel Doors-PVR Facility as specified. Lump-sum project pricing. The Board of Road Commissioners for Oakland County invites you to submit a proposal for Removal and Installation of Exterior Steel Doors-PVR Facility located at 2420 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48328. The project consists of the following specifications: Six exterior steel doors: Building #4-West door #6 wash bay Building #4-South door #7 Building #4- North door #4 Building #8- West door Dist 9 employee Building #8- East door Sign shop Building #8-South door hallway Remove the old steel door(s), frame(s) and hardware. Some doors frames are set in concrete and will require cement saw work. Doors and cement debris can be disposed onsite in RCOC metal dumpsters and concrete piles. Furnish and Install: o New 18 gauge, insulated, galvanized steel door(s) or equivalent, set to new 16 gauge welded steel frame(s) using new ball bearing hinges. The door for the sign shop will require additional hinge pivots due to enlarged size. A coat of primer paint shall be applied to the wall side of the door frame before installation. o 5" x 20" narrow window at latch side, 1/4" clear laminated safety glass or equivalent. o New grade 1 exit push bars with outside pull(s) no key. o Reset existing electric release(s)or install RCOC supplied electric release for updated push bar. o New grade 1, maximum duty door closer(s). o New perimeter weatherstrip, aluminum threshold(s) and bottom door sweep(s).
