) Final installment of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount may be released upon the satisfactory inspection of the goods by an NHC designate. On request of the supplier a date will be set by mutual agreement of the NHC and the supplier for joint inspection of the received goods. After inspection, NHC will generate a list of overages, shortages, damaged items, and unaccepted substitutions which will be submitted to the supplier. The Supplier may choose not to be involved in the inspection, but by doing so has agreed to abide by the findings of the NHC or LHO/LHA Invoices must be submitted no later than to 31st Dec 2023.
