The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (VISN 16) has requirements for full maintenance which includes regular and systematic inspections for the Parking Deck Elevators at the John L McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital (JLM). JLM is located at 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform maintenance, regular and systematic inspections in complete and strict accordance with the resultant contract. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about August 21, 2023, which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238290, with a small business size standard of $22,000,000.00. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov as of the date of offer submission and date of award. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only.
