The work includes, but is not limited to construction of a masonry building that will provide restroom facilities at North Branch Area Community Schools Softball Fields, which includes grading, construction, electrical, mechanical and sewer, along with all appurtenant work necessary to complete the project as stated in the plans and bid specifications.793 square foot Restroom/Storage building: Concrete footings, slab-on-grad, noninsulated CMU exterior walls, wood trusses, metal roof, hollow metal doors and frames, electronic door hardware, interior finishes, solid plastic toilet partitions, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
