Renovation of a library in Tigard, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
This project has been put on hold and will be rebid sometime in the future. Please follow project for updates. The project generally consists of the following: 1. Removal & Replacement of three existing roof top RTU's 2. Installation of four AHU's, three new fan coil units 3. Installation of chiller, ancillary equipment 4. Roof demolition & re-construction, repairs related to project. The City may reject any Bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all Bids upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so
