Bruce County is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants to develop a comprehensive 10-year Housing and Homelessness Strategy for Bruce County. A clearly defined framework will support the development of a report that will be representative of the County as a whole, and in alignment with the housing system across Bruce County. The strategy will help Bruce County develop a meaningful sense of the housing market, an understanding of rural homelessness concerns and set well-defined goals and objectives to meet the needs of the community while aligning with the Provincial and Federal strategies. The Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive formalities as the interests of the Corporation may require without stating reasons therefore.
