The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to upgrade Duke Street. Work includes but is not limited to roadbed widening, subgrade modification, embankment construction, drainage, ditching and clearing. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates.
