Renovation of a municipal facility in Cobourg, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of Northumberland (the "County") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for EPDM Roof Replacement 600 William Street, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). Replacement the existing tar and gravel 4 ply roofing system with 60 ga. EPDM roofing system. This is approximately 15,000 ft2. This will be completed in (3) areas at 600 William Street: lower roof surrounding the courtyard, front entrance vestibule and small outbuilding located near the freestanding garages (northeast of main building). Redundant identified roof penetrations to be removed, with proper structural repairs and insulation. Deadline for Questions Tuesday June 6, 2023 4:00 p.m. local time
