Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a sidewalk / parking lot in Jeffersontown, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of expanding the vehicle parking from 253 parking spaces to 572 parking spaces. The bulk of the parking changes will occur on the east and west ends of the Tract 1 warehouse building. The stub street in the southwest corner of the site will also be extended across the creek and connect to Stinnett Lane. A 7 ft. x 6 ft. box culvert with retaining walls will be installed within the creek. Guard rails will be installed on each side of the road and terminate at Stinnett Lane. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in any Bid or Bid Guaranty, to reject any and all Bids and to negotiate with any Bidder to such extent as may be necessary. Bid(10%)
