Complete the study, design, permitting, and construction eoni Township is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design/build teams (D/B) to complete the study, design, permitting, and construction of proposed improvements at the Township's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to determine the best firm through a Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) process to deliver comprehensive "progressive design/build" services as defined by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE) under the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan program's project delivery methods. The D/B is expected to guide Township staff and the Township Board through each of the design and construction steps needed to complete the improvements. The current estimated total budget is approximately $4.375 million.
