Site work for a civil project in Union, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Project includes the following Work: Contract #1: This contract will construct of waterline, valves, and associated equipment to serve residents and commercial businesses along Route 219 beginning where it intersects with Stringtown Road and running just past where it intersects Neff Orchard Road. At this point, a single lane access road will be constructed within this contract to connect to a proposed water storage tank being constructed in Contract #2. Contract #2: This contract will include the site development and installation of a 100,000-gallon water storage tank, valve vault, and control panel structure. Separate Bids will be received for the following Contracts: The Work will be substantially completed within 270 days for Contract #1 and 270 days for Contract #2 after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 300 days for Contract #1 and 300 days for Contract #2 after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000/day for both Contract #1 and Contract #2
