project location Furniture is to be installed in the Young Hall Dormitory on the campus of Langston University, 701 Sammy Davis Jr. Drive, Langston, OK 73050. Delivery and installation Langston University will not accept delivery of any materials on behalf of the vendor. The vendor must be present at the job site when materials are delivered. At this time, the delivery and install date is scheduled for July 19, 2023. Delivery will need to be coordinated with Langston University Site locations Building is located at the main campus of Langston University. No loading dock will be available. Items will need to be delivered by a lift gate truck to areas via dolly or other form of carting with non-marking wheels Protection of existing surfaces Vendors shall verify that surfaces to receive work under this contract are satisfactory in every way for complete, flawless, and permanent installation. Any damages to any surfaces either in the work area or other areas of the building resulting from the vendor's work shall be repaired by the vendor without cost to the owner. Clean-up work Each vendor shall clean up their work areas every day. A thorough clean up leaving areas and surfaces in a neat and clean condition shall be performed upon completion of installation. All trash and debris must be disposed of by each vendor at an off-campus location
