All Work shall be as indicated on the drawings, including but not limited to: Cleaning and Flushing existing hydronic heating system; remove and replace all existing boiler zone control valves; add pressure / temp gauge; add pipe insulation in Boiler Room; remove and replace electrical safety switch; remove and replace all heat only thermostats within the building. 1. Repair or replace defective materials, equipment, workmanship and installation that develops within the guarantee period, promptly and to Iowa DOT's satisfaction and correct damage caused in making necessary repairs and replacements, including all other damage done to areas, materials, and other systems resulting from the failure or defect, under guarantee by and at the expense of the Contractor. 2. Replace material or equipment that requires excessive service during guarantee period, as defined and as directed by the Iowa DOT. We are seeking a licensed Iowa Plumbing & Heating Contractor Warranty: One year warranty after substantial completion of work.
