Renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Cap-Pele, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for the addition of a 54,400-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
Renovation and Addition to the existing arena - Provide labour and material to build the building and site as per drawings and specifications. Hard copies of the Bid Documents can be obtained by bidders for the sum of $500.00 +HST (non-refundable) per set made payable to Nadeau Soucy Ellis Architects. Subtrade bids for the following trades will close at the Moncton Northeast Construction Association Bid Depository at 2:00 p.m., June 6th, 2023. Subtrades bids through the Bid Depository must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the subtrade bid price and a Letter of Consent to Bond.
