To supply 4,000 tonnes (+/- 500 tonnes) tonnes of 3/4" minus Class A granular in accordance with the specifications and provisions of this contract. The Contractor agrees to complete the work on, or before June 30, 2023. This contract is for the delivery of 4,000 tonnes (+/- 500 tonnes) of ¾” minus granular A material to be delivered as follows: Prince County – Slemon Park Depot (Summerside Stockyard) 4,000 tonnes Material will not be accepted after June 30, 2023. All loads are required to be weighed and ticketed by government prior to delivery for each load. The Contractor shall be required to contact the County Superintendents prior to delivering the material. No adjustments shall be made to the unit bid price should the quantities for any of the stockpiles change by +/- 500 tonnes.
