Renovation of a mixed-use development in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and other items as necessary to replace two (2) existing mixing valves that are not on the BAS. The two (2) new mixing valves must be able to report to the BAS to be compatible with other mixing valves installed at the OVAMC. Contractor shall install all conduits, cables, wiring or other equipment necessary to power valves and connect valves to the BAS system cabling to each mixing valves. Contractor shall program each mixing valve to operate on the BAS. Once installed, the contractor shall ensure equipment functions properly according to the manufacturer's specifications. Performance Objective. The contractor shall replace two (2) each mixing valves in the superstructure with BAS capable powered mixing valves with a Powers SLFIS200F0SLP or equivalent model. Period of Performance. Anticipated period of performance is June 15, 2023, through July 31, 2023.
