This Project is the first phase of construction to repair and replace the highest priority roofing systems. Project Overview: This Project is for the repair and replacement of select roofs at the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) Water Resources Recovery Facility (WRRF), as directed in the Contract Document 1. Roof system replacement and roofing repairs, such as removal/infill of unused openings, addition of raised access walkway, etc. at two roof segments of the Scum Concentrator Building. 2. Roof replacement and roofing repairs such as the addition of a new exterior roof access ladder and new raised access walkway at two roof segments of the Central Offload Facility. 3. Roof replacement and roofing repairs such as the addition of raised access walkway at two roof segments of the Vehicle and Ground Maintenance Building. 4. Roof replacement and roofing repairs such as removal/infill of unused openings, replacement of raised access walkway, addition of perimeter guardrails, new crossover stairs, etc. at five roof segments of the Dewatering, Boiler and Central Air Buildings.
