Renovation of an educational facility in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades and repairs to the Montreal University pavilion located in Saint-Hyacinthe - project title: 55840_Réno_Fen+mur_rideau - 624 - Pavillon principal_St-Hyacinthe. The scope of the project includes rehabilitation and/or replacement of windows, glass blocks, curtain walls and main doors (adjacent works) while maintaining the heritage value of the building, in order to waterproof the building envelope to be carried out at Pavilion 624 located at its Saint-Hyacinthe Campus. TIMELINE: The project was put on hold pending funding and the owner's decision to proceed at the stage of working drawings. Timelines of further project development are not finalized. Further update in fall/late 2026.
