Renovation of a transportation facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) is soliciting Bids for remediation of rented space for ARMOR at North Las Vegas Airport. If a Bid exceeds $100,000, a bid bond must be used by the Bidder as its 5% bid security, pledging that if awarded the contract, will provide the Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 6/8/2023 08:00:00 PM (ET) If the Contract is over $3500 and Federal funded, the attached Davis-Bacon Wage Rates apply (as of ten days before the bid opening). If the Project is over $100,000 and is Federal funded, the higher of Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and the State of Nevada Prevailing Wage Rates apply to the Contract. If the Contract amount exceeds $100,000, the State of Nevada Prevailing Wage Rates applicable on the date of the Bid Close Date and time apply to the Contract. The LVMPD reserves the right to withdraw this Bid at any time without prior notice, and makes no representations that any contract will be awarded to any Bidder responding to this Bid. The LVMPD expressly reserves the right to postpone the Bid submission deadline for its own convenience.
