The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. ARCHITECTURAL: 1. Repair boiler room floor and provide new finish flooring. Repoint interior masonry wall. Patch plaster at ceiling 2. Remove and replace plaster ceiling on first floor. 3. Remove window pane at existing bathroom on 1st floor through 4th floor and install new metal panel with cutout for new duct opening. 4. Remove metal cover at existing supply and return vents and install new grill on 1st floor through 4th floor. 5. Cut exist. Roofing assembly and exist. Concrete slab required for new exhaust fan at roof. Repair roofing assembly. Mechanical: 1. Remove two out of service H&V units, including their steam engine fan drives and associated local ductwork and steam and condensate piping. 2. Remove ductwork throughout the building as indicated on the drawings. 3. Provide two new replacement H&V units and associated local ductwork and steam and condensate piping. 4. Provide ductwork throughout the building as indicated on the drawings. 5. Clean all existing and new ductwork per SCA specification 15992, new work cleaning and testing. 6. Provide exhaust fans and toilet exhaust fans on the roof and in the building as indicated on the drawings. 7. Provide startup, testing and balancing of all new equipment. 8. Provide all other work shown on drawings and specifications. Electrical: 1. Provide required power supply to HVAC equipment, complete with cable, conduits and panelboards. 2. Furnish and install roof mounted power receptacles. 3. Disconnect, temporarily remove and reinstall lighting fixtures in the Basement and First Floor due to removal of existing ducts and installation of new ducts. Provide new lighting fixtures where required. 4. Temporarily remove existing low voltage systems in the cellar and first floor affected by the installation of new ducts, including the rerouting of associated cable and conduits. Contractor shall provide new cable and additional conduit as required. Fire alarm: 1. Remove existing fire alarm system, including fire alarm devices, wiring and conduits. 2. Furnish and install new fire alarm system, including fire alarm devices, wiring and conduits. 3. Provide required connections to the HVAC units. 4. Furnish and install new fire alarm fused cut-out panel and disconnect switch to power the fire alarm system, complete with cable and conduit. 5. Provide testing and connection to the FDNY.
