The Project consists of but is not limited to. the replacement of existing Taxiway edge lights with new LED Taxiway Edge lights. - Replacement of existing Taxiway edge lights with new LED Taxiway edge lights. Bids will be received for a single prime contract Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with the Contract Documents Goals for minority participation for each trade: 26.5% Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% 6.45% DBE All Bidders shall make good faith efforts, as defined by Appendix A of 49 CFR Part 26, Regulations of the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, to subcontract a minimum of 8.83% of the dollar value of the prime contract to small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals DBE). Contract Times: 32 Calendar Days- Base Bid 27 calendar days Additive Alternate 15 calendar days Total Project 32 calendar days Question Deadline 06/07/2023 Information / Clarification shall be submitted in writing by Email.
