Design and construct eight (8) new pickleball courts at Union Park in Union, Kentucky, to include: 1. Courts, post and nets 2. 8 Chain link fence with wind screens and 4 chain link fence between the two (2) groups of four (4) courts 3. Covered sitting area for waiting players 4.
