Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Edmond, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and plant to perform all necessary labor for the construction of Tennis Court Conversion Project. This project is subject to tax-exempt status. All questions shall be submitted using the online bidding system. The last day to submit questions is May 9, 2023 2:00 PM CLT. A cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be required of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. The bid bond should be submitted online at the time of online bid submission closing date and time. Each bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the City, constitutes a FIRM AND BINDING CONTRACT. The City reserves the right to REJECT ANY or ALL BIDS. The City of Edmond reserves the unconditional right to cancel all or any portion of this project within thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids, for any reason and at its sole discretion. By submitting a bid for services, the bidder certifies that they, and any proposed subcontractors, are in compliance with 25 O.S. 1313 and participate in the Status Verification System. The Status Verification System is defined in 25 O.S. 1312 and includes but is not limited to the free Employment Verification Program
