Included with this posting is the Bid document, contract, exhibit, forms, project book volumn 1, project book volumn 2 and aerial photographs. The project book contains the cross section drawing of the pipe, and a photo showing the condition of the pipe if the condition has deteriorated. General Requirements - Contractors License Required The Henry County Water Authority, hereafter THE AUTHORITY, seeks bids from highly qualified contractors to provide Sanitary Sewer Lining and Rehabilitation Services for approximately 8,468.8 Linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe. Included with this scope is a spreadsheet with the sewer line segment lengths and the length of those segments that need to be lined, pipe runs of each segment, pictures of each segment with issues, and aerial photos of each area. Summary of DIP line segments to be lined o 53 segments totaling 8468.8 LF o 35 x 8" segments = 5419 LF -Reinstate 34 service lines, taps, etc. o 9 x 10" segments = 1574.4 LF o 6 x 12" segments = 684.7 LF o 3 x 16" segments = 790.7 LF The contractor shall provide the necessary equipment, materials, and labor to: o Pre-CCTV, clean, and measure specified sewer lines o Prepare and line specified sewer lines and segments of sewer lines o Bypass pump specified sewer lines o Reinstate any service lines, taps, etc.
