Wherever mechanical work is required, it shall be performed by skilled labor. All questions regarding the Contract Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Additions, revisions, corrections and/or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda posted by the Engineer to the QuestCDN website referenced in the Advertisement for Bids, and emailed to plan holders in accordance with their notifications settings assigned to their QuestCDN account.
