Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc to necessary to remove and replace the existing asphalt roof, gutters and downspouts etc located at the NRP Boathouse at the NRP Marine Terminal. Remove and properly dispose of the existing asphalt shingle roof (approximately 3,700 SF), felt underlayment, flashing, drip edge, etc., down to bare roof sheathing Inspect existing 3"x6" tongue and groove roof sheathing, and replace any deteriorated wood as directed by the DNR Project Manager on a unit price basis. Remove and replace the boot flashing on 1 plumbing vent pipe rovide and install approximately 3,700 SF of architectural shingles, which shall be installed as a shingle roofing system eligible for a CertainTeed (or an approve equal), "5 Star Coverage for a SureStart Plus" Warranty to include the Wind Warranty Upgrade or an approved equal. The work shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed.
