Renovation of a water / sewer project in Craig, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project is to be fully completed by September 30, 2023. The Work of this Contract generally consists of the following system improvements: • Replace approximately 650 feet of sewer pipe in Lincoln Street, between 9th and 10th Streets. • Replace approximately 1260 feet of sewer pipe in Colorado Street, between 6th and 8th Streets • Replace approximately 600 feet of sewer pipe in the alley between Lincoln and Washington, from 3rd to 4th All questions concerning bid shall be direct to engineer by contacting Chad Paulson at (970) 945-1004 or chadp@sgminc.com . Each Bidder shall file with his bid a bid security in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or a bidder's bond in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and a Labor and Material Payment Bond guaranteeing payment of all debts arising out of the Work.
