Renovation of a military facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Construction of F35 Sunshades with Lighting, and Lightning Protection in accordance with provided A&E specifications. FUNDING Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after RFP closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the government. a. Contract type: Firm Fixed Price. Award shall be made utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures. b. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this project is 332311. The applicable small business size standard is 750 Employees. c. A site visit is highly recommended. (See Section L-4) d. In accordance with FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. e. Indicate in Section F the proposed number of calendar days required to complete performance following receipt of Notice to Proceed. f. See Sections L and M for proposal submission guidelines, proposal delivery and evaluation procedures. Preferred proposal delivery is via electronic mail.
