Cleaning Frequency Requirements This contract will cover post event cleaning services, as well as quarterly cleaning services for both facilities. Estimated Events per year Legare Waring House 80 events per year, Founders Hall 140 events per year. The actual number of post event cleanings may be less or exceed these estimates. Scope of cleaning requirements The specifications listed in this solicitation define the minimum requirements of service but are not replacements for generally accepted practices in facility cleaning procedures that ensure top performance.
