Reference number : 1723943 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-23 The Town of Cookshire-Eaton is seeking lump sum bids for the construction of three (3) concrete surfaces to accommodate the outdoor skating rinks. The Town of Cookshire-Eaton will be responsible for the excavation, backfilling and drainage of the rinks. That said, a separate price not included is still required for the complete realization of this work in case the municipality wishes to have them carried out externally. A field visit may be carried out by the contractors, it must be scheduled with the director of the project office, at least 7 days before the opening date of tenders. Contractors will be responsible for carrying out these visits and may not charge additional fees relating to the conditions on the land other than those provided for in their tender, unless there is a change in these conditions between the date of filing and the date of completion of the work not resulting from the excavation and backfilling work.
